The Great Run Series

 

AJ Bell Great North Run 2024

When: Sunday 8th September, 2024     
Where: Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Gateshead - South Shields
 
The Great North Run is the world's biggest and best Half Marathon! Participants come from across the UK to take part, and the event is televised live on the BBC.

Please note: ABC UK places are intended for those with a personal connection to our work - that is, those with bladder cancer, family members or friends.  We ask that each participant aims to raise £350 to support our work (most of our runners do raise more than that!)
 
 
AJ Bell Great South Run

The AJ Bell Great South Run is probably the world's favourite 10 mile running event (plus there's also a 5k option), with inspiring history, salty air and glorious sea views guaranteed. Portsmouth's supporters will keep your spirits and motivation up the whole way round, with blaring music, cheers, high fives, fist bumps all part of the incredible AJ Bell Great South Run experience.

Ultra Challenge Series!

 In these events you can walk, jog or run, it's up to you!

leann1.jpgThese events are perfect if you're an experienced walker or if you have decided to push yourself to your limits. Whether it's along magnificent coastal scenery, or in beautiful open countryside, there's an Ultra Challenge for you. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to take part. 

You could take on a 100km, 50km or 25km Ultra Challenge along one of 15 great courses across the country, all whilst raising money for Action Bladder Cancer UK.
You can take part individually or with friends or a team, but either way there is fantastic support as you and your fellow participants encourage each other to the finish.

The Kiltwalk

Sign up for a Kiltwalk adventure in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee or Edinburgh and experience iconic routes with some wonderful scenery!

There are three walk lengths to choose from, Mighty Stride (23 miles), The Big Stroll (14 miles) and the Wee Wander (3 miles), so there is a route to suit everyone, of all abilities!
