May is Bladder Cancer Awareness Month

05/05/2017 May is the month to try (even harder) to raise awareness about bladder cancer.  It has a low profile, not enough people know about it.  It is NOT a rare cancer - it is the 4th most common in men in the UK, the 7th overall.  Treatments have hardly changed in the past thirty years, there is little research investment, and outcomes for patients are, by comparison with other common cancers, still poor.  Help us spread the message about bladder cancer and raise awareness - tell someone about bladder cancer.
