These A4 pads contain 25 tear off sheets designed to help you have a conversation with your patients about their diagnosis, including accessible explanations of grading and staging, a blank diagram of a bladder for you to use to explain a patient's own cancer, further diagrams and plenty of space for notes. Your patients can then take away a personalised sheet with helpful information at the difficult time of being diagnosed.
